By using Actyve you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be 18 or older to use Actyve.
Actyve is a platform that connects verified adults who want to do activities together. We are not responsible for the behaviour of users you meet through the app. Meeting another user is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You must complete ID verification before you can match with other users. You must be 18 or older. You may only have one account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
You must not: use Actyve for any illegal purpose, harass, threaten or abuse other users, post false or misleading information, use the app to solicit money or services from other users, attempt to circumvent our safety systems, or create multiple accounts.
Actyve provides safety features including ID verification, trust scores and an emergency button. However, we cannot guarantee your safety when meeting other users. Always meet in public places, tell someone where you are going, and use the in-app check-in feature. If you feel unsafe, leave immediately and contact emergency services.
You are responsible for all content you post on Actyve. You grant us a licence to display your content within the app. We may remove content that violates these terms. Do not post anything offensive, illegal or that infringes the rights of others.
Trust scores are calculated based on your activity and feedback from other users. We reserve the right to adjust trust scores and to suspend or ban accounts that receive negative feedback or violate these terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, receive reports of harmful behaviour, or if we believe your account poses a risk to other users.
Actyve is provided as-is. We are not liable for any harm arising from your use of the app or from meetings arranged through the app. Our maximum liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of Actyve after changes means you accept the updated terms.
